Delivery of wigs and hair products within Australia is by Australia Post, Express Post Delivery. Where Express Post is not available, it will be delivered by the next available postal service. We begin processing your order within one normal business/working day.

Most orders are delivered in 7-10 working days. If an item you ordered is on back order or out of stock, we will inform you of the current status. You may wish to change or cancel the order or wait until the product is available.

The package will not state the contents or the name of The Individual Wig.

Orders outside of Australia will be handled by an international registered post. Current customs laws in many countries require the product contents to be listed and with the package subject to inspection. Allow four to seven days for delivery.

Any dates for delivery of the goods specified by The Individual Wig are an estimate only. If no date is specified, it shall be within a reasonable time.

Subject to the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, The Individual Wig shall not be liable for any loss, direct or consequential, arising out of any delay in dispatch (directly or indirectly) of the goods.
